Section 1, I agree with the result, most of my friends define me as an enegetic person, optimistic and foward looking. I guess this is quite usefull if you want to start your own business, you first need to believe in it.
Section 2, I do not totally agree the result in this section. On one hand I like to do unconventional stuff, I like to my own thing but on the other hand I love working with other people. Moreover my friends don't see me as someone who could live and work alone.
Section 3, I partially agree the result in this section. Yes I like to have new ideas, of course I am curious but am I really creative ? Actually I don't really know. This is funny because my friends see more like a rational person.
Section 4, I agree with the result, I got an average score beacuse I don't really like taking too much risk. I rather like having more information to make my choice, and I know this is not a good point for an entrepreneur. My friends agree with this result as well, as I mention earlier they see me as a rational person, not a gambler.
Section 5, I partially disagree with the result, I got a really score because I think we can not influence everything in the world because there is ALWAYS a part of luck. This is how I see life and this how I see business. But my friends see me as someone who does everything to reach my goal.

When it comes to entrepreneurship and especially to entrepreneur, people usually describe him as a man. To my mind this is definitely wrong; an entrepreneur could be everybody, in terms of religion, culture, working class and sex.
HOMEWORK
I choose this picture, because I see the entrepreneur as someone who has in his hand lot of ideas. And just like seeds, an entrepreneur needs to take care of them, in order to make seeds evolve into plants. Because at the beginning, behind a big successful business there is always a small idea who evolved.

BEST PRACTICES
Without doing any researches and thanks to the video, we clearly understand that "best practices" is about improving process with some tricks. This is something very valuable especially for an entrepreneur who is looking to improve his business idea in order to make it competitive. "Best Practices" reminds me of "Poka Yoke" a japanese term which mean fail safing.
But "Best pratices" need to involve in "Next practices" in order to remain competitive in the market were you are involved.
I think my business idea will use some of thoses new practices with the new trends I will be following. Thus with my business idea will allow customer o have the eletronic devices in the color they always wanted without waiting for the compagny to produce it in the color you wanted. And if your business idea is not new, the new trends should make the difference.
NAKED PIZZA
"Naked pizza" is definitely using some next practices. Naked pizza first of all is reshaping an existing business model. The pizza industry has been here for years it is today a quite saturated market. But no one was really expecting that by doing some healthy pizza customers will loved it.
Then Naked pizza did something really new by using a social network platform like Twitter. By posting some twitts, the compagny created an important preence over the internet. In fact Naked pizza used Twiiter as a free way to promote the compagny.
BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY
A blue ocean strategy is basicaly how you make the competition simply irrelevant, lets see some examples:
NetJet: First compagny who launched the possibility for a customer to own a part of an aircraft in order to share it with others customers.
Body Shop: First real ethical shop.
Ebay: First C2C (consumer to consumer) platform.
Starbucks: First to provide coffee to customers as low - cost luxuary. Business man (espcially) trully aprreciated.
Nintendo Wii: First gaming system for everybody and not for gamers.
Ikea: First retailer furniture with really low prices.
Fed Ex: First delivery compagny who believed in a total quality management and offered a real time tracking for customers.
